Terms of Use
Last updated 25 October 2026
Please read these terms before you use the Caliber website and catalog. They explain who may use it, how orders work, how you may share our photos, and how our designs are protected.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to anyone who uses caliberset.com — the website, the shop catalog and the shop account — run by Pratik Products (“Caliber”, “we”, “us”), 210 Ashish Udyog Bhavan, Opp. American Spring, Ramchandra Lane, Malad (W), Mumbai 400 064, Maharashtra, India.
By signing up or using the catalog you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Who may use the catalog
- The catalog is for jewellery and fashion businesses that buy from us to sell on. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.
- The details you give at sign-up must be true and kept up to date. We check each sign-up and may refuse or close an account at our discretion.
3. Your account
- Keep your password private. One account is for one shop — do not share your login with anyone outside your shop.
- To protect accounts we record sign-in information, as our Privacy Policy explains, and we may ask you to confirm it is you, or suspend an account, if we see signs of a shared, stolen or misused login.
- Tell us straight away on WhatsApp if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done through your account until you tell us.
- You can change your details and password on the My shop page, and ask us to close your account at any time.
4. Designs, photos and prices
- Our products are imitation (fashion) jewellery, not gold, silver or precious stones.
- Photos show the design; the colour of plating and stones may look slightly different in person and between batches.
- Prices in the catalog are our suggested retail prices, for your guidance. They may change without notice, and “In stock” is a guide that changes during the day.
5. Orders
- An order you place on the website is a request. It becomes a contract only when we confirm it. We may change or decline an order — for example, if a design is no longer made.
- The rate is the one we agree with you when we confirm the order; the price shown in the catalog is only a guide.
- Every sale is billed on our GST tax invoice, and the terms on the invoice apply. In particular:
- payment is to be made within 15 days from the date of the invoice;
- once we hand the goods over to the transporter, we are no longer responsible for them;
- goods once sold will not be taken back;
- disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
- Delivery dates we give are our best estimate, not a guarantee.
7. What you add
- Logos and brand names you upload must be yours or ones you may use. You allow us to use them only to make your photos and show your account.
- Contacts of your customers that you add when sharing are kept in your account for you (see our Privacy Policy). Add only people who are happy to hear from you, and use their details lawfully.
8. Our designs and this website
The photographs, catalog content, the website and its software, and the name and logo of Caliber belong to Pratik Products and are protected by law. Except as section 6 allows, you may not copy, reproduce, download in bulk, scrape, reverse-engineer or reuse any of them without our written permission.
Our jewellery designs are our own work. By using the catalog you agree, as section 6 says, not to copy them or have them made.
9. Things that are not allowed
- Giving false details, or using someone else’s account.
- Collecting data from the website by robots, scripts or scraping; trying to get around its security or reach parts you are not meant to.
- Anything unlawful, or that harms us, other shops or the website.
10. Our responsibility
- We work to keep the website available and correct, but it is provided “as is”: it may sometimes be unavailable, slow or contain mistakes, which we will correct when we find them.
- As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as loss of business or profit. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
- You agree to compensate us for losses caused by your breach of these terms or your misuse of our photos or designs.
11. Suspending or closing an account
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is inactive for a long time, or is used in a way that puts other shops, us or the website at risk. You may close your account at any time by asking us. Orders already confirmed and invoices already issued stay payable.
12. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and if a change matters we will ask you to agree to it the next time you log in. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction.
